a nice stay

helpful staffquiet spotkind offer

i found the staff helpful when my flight got cancelled. they assisted with my luggage and found a quiet spot for me to make calls. a large glass of wine was offered, which really lifted my spirits, it was very kind. i would highly recommend this hotel based on the staff.

it could only accommodate a few people with bags at a time.

The bed offered cloud-like comfort.. I relished the beautiful, cozy room. Car parking was helpful. The hotel's location was amazing. I enjoyed prosecco thanks to the venue staff, who were polite and friendly.

The room was quite far from the hotel, demanding navigation through endless stairs and corridors.

upon entering, a wave of grandeur washed over me, with a doorman there to help with bags. early check-in was easy, a testament to their wonderful service. subtle alice in wonderland touches throughout added a magical touch, like the bedside lamps in our room, they were darling!!! i adored those little hints to alice's adventures.

The air con was centrally controlled and wasn't adjustable in our room. this made the room too hot and uncomfortable. It was a real shame as everything else was perfect.

our graduate beautiful king room featured lovely interiors and thoughtful amenities. i appreciated the plush bedding and a well-stocked mini fridge, complete with plenty of water bottles. every little detail was considered in the room.
